Talent Specialist – Learning & Development

to join their team on a

full-time, 6-months FTC basis, Monday-Friday

,

on-site.

The ideal candidate would have experience working within HR and being part of the talent acquisition team developing career pathways and creating strategies for the company. In addition to this, they are looking for someone who is highly organised and someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that can further develop your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the Learning & Development strategies and frameworks across the business.
  • Support in creating new career pathways, learning journey opportunities, and other solutions for all parts of the business.
  • Support with the analysis of KPIs, Metrics and dashboards to ensure you get the best outcomes for Learning & Development.
  • Ensure optimal use of Workday to support the development of employees.
  • Implement framework and information required to create talent review conversations.
  • Create, implement and manage the approach to cascading key messages, opportunities and tools across the business.
  • Work alongside the broader HR team on key programs that influence talent management practices.
  • Support Employee Engagement and Performance Management through surveys.
  • Be accountable for specialist projects, like their Culture and Coaching program.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience working within HR, Talent Acquisition, Business Development or other relatable fields.
  • Experience managing or assisting Learning & Development.
  • Experience using Workday, desirable.
  • Show an understanding of global talent acquisition or talent management through practices or programs.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Committed team player.
  • Able to build trust and relationships with stakeholders across the business.
