Private Client Paralegal
Location - Coventry
Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 DOE
Progression to Training Contract
Here at Simpson Judge we are looking to speak with Private Client Paralegals who have te ability to draft Wills with no supervision and ideally have previous LPA, Estates Administration and Trusts experience minimum of 6 months in a similar position:
The role includes:
- Meeting with new clients and handling any queries they may have.
- Working to tight deadlines and managing your own caseload.
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Supporting fee earners in the department with their caseload on an ad hoc basis
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and other third parties
- Being present in other offices across the week for schedule appointments
The ideal candidate:
- Previously worked in a private client department.
- Personable.
- Able to work well using own initiative
- Pro-active and driven
- Strong ICT skills
