About the Role:
- Plan and deliver learning activities for individuals, groups, or whole classes.
- Assess and plan the next steps for pupil learning.
- Embrace additional responsibilities within the school community.
- Implement and evaluate SEN interventions.
- Work effectively across KS1 and KS2.
- Foster strong relationships within the school and its wider community.
- Actively participate in the life of the school.
Who We're Looking For:
- An individual with experience as a TA/LSA, particularly in delivering SEN interventions.
- Someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player.
- A holder of NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or an equivalent qualification.
