Forward Role is working with a leading Financial Services business who are looking for a passionate Marketing Effectiveness Lead to join an agile and growing team.
This opportunity offers a unique and exciting role where you'll drive innovation in the Martech landscape, enhance data-driven decision-making, and establish thought leadership as a subject matter expert. This is a truly exciting role where you will have to opportunity to establish the requirements and help to build from the ground up.
You'll have holistic ownership of Marketing Effectiveness, Martech, and Insight strategies, with a strong focus on customer-centric, personalised experiences.
Collaboration with key stakeholders and teams will be essential, and you'll provide leadership and oversee managers who shape analytics, insight and data science capabilities. The role also provides continuous learning opportunities, and hands-on experience with cutting-edge systems and technology.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Martech Strategy – own the Martech stack, evaluate trends and identify areas to enhance capabilities, driving innovation
- Marketing Effectiveness Strategy - Lead the marketing measurement and oversee model development, such as econometrics and attribution
- Insight Strategy – overseeing marketing analytics and data science, shaping an insight program to truly understand the customer
- Championing data –driving data led decisions to make impactful change and shape strategies across the business
Skills & Experience:
- Marketing Effectiveness expert, with a passion or Martech, Marketing Analytics and Data
- Good understanding of Marketing Measurements including Attribution, Media Mix Modelling and Econometric Modelling
- Experience across the Google Stack is essential, Adobe is desirable but not essential
- Other tools such as Meta Business Manager, Optimove are a plus but not essential
- Leadership experience/ qualities are important, along with the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
