Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

About Our Client:

Our client, an established organisation, is seeking a motivated and skilled Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, you will play an integral role in the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing general office operations, ensuring maximum productivity
  • Greeting visitors and answering incoming phone calls
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and managing staff calendars
  • Coordinating international travel arrangements
  • Process invoices in collaboration with the Finance department
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment, maintaining proper stock levels
  • Producing analyses, reports, and correspondence
  • Creating presentations and management-level reports
  • Organising travel and events for the Sales team

Essential Requirements:

  • Office administration or management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Desirable Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
