Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a talented Team Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Events Team and aiding in day-to-day administration. Duties:

  • Providing support to the Events Team and assisting in the coordination of London-based events.
  • Handling enquiries from our client's members, both over the phone and via email.
  • Assisting the PA with office management and administrative tasks for the Chief Executive.
  • Working with our newly implemented CRM system to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
  • Ensuring the database is kept up to date by updating member and user records.
  • Managing event bookings, payment issues, attendee lists, and on-site event registration.
  • Assisting with the management of research publications, including coordinating delivery and collection, as well as handling enquiries and orders.
  • Providing administrative support to the Social Manager, including sourcing images and assisting with social media posts.

Requirements:

  • Must have an interest in events.
  • Interest in and willingness to work with CRM systems and a technical mindset.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly and approachable with a clear telephone manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as across different teams.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and presentability.
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and early mornings as required.
