Recruitment Account Manager (Technology)

Recruitment Account Manager:

Reporting directly to a Co-Founder and Director, the Account Manager will be responsible for the management and growth of our clients existing contractor population in a major client partner. The Account Manager will quickly establish themselves as the go to person and liaison for all new and existing contractors and contacts within the client.

The Account Manager will also be responsible for supporting and growing our contractor population in a variety of other existing client partners in the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities for the Account Manager:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for all existing contractor inquiries.
  • Ensure consistent communication with existing contractors via face to face and video meetings.
  • Understand successes, challenges and action plans for the contractor population.
  • Ensure contractors are working compliantly, with up to date and relevant documentation.
  • Ensure contractors are submitting time-sheets and approving self-billing invoices correctly and on time.
  • Communicate frequently with contractor client contacts to ensure successful performance of services is being delivered.
  • Build and develop relationships with senior stakeholders across a range of clients.
  • Address any performance or behavioural challenges experienced by both contractors and client contacts.
  • Land an expand within the client by booking and attending face to face and video meetings to understand where else develop can support the business.
  • Delivering against a range of sales based KPIs and daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets.
  • Become trusted by clients to successfully introduce new contractors.
  • Deliver on a range of technical requirements including but not limited to engineering, test, product and digital change and transformation.
  • Work in partnership with our clients vertical market consultants, global delivery centre, operations and marketing teams.
  • Document all client and contractor activity in our clients CRM; Bullhorn.

Experience for the Account Manager:

  • Demonstrable experience of managing senior stakeholders in large clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of collaborating with technical, programme, talent, HR and procurement contacts within clients.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing and growing contractor populations in a range of clients.
  • Ability to arrange, plan, and conduct client meetings via video and face to face.
  • Experience of up-selling and cross selling permanent and contract recruitment services and products to new and existing clients.
  • Ability to have challenging conversations with both contractors and client contacts.
  • Experience at managing complex spreadsheets to record and track contractor data including pay and charge rates.
  • A real desire to expand working partnerships with existing clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
