My Client, a supplier of branded apparel to a number of High Street retailers now has an excellent opportunity to join their team.
Candidates from the following backgrounds will be considered:
- Buying Admin / Assistant
- Merchandising Admin / Assistant (Retail HO)
- Import Merchandising
- Shipping

Responsibilities:
- Accurate data inputting onto the company system & excel spreadsheets
- Updating internal systems
- Managing order progress & deliveries for Key accounts
- Liaising with customers & other teams within the company
- Liaising with the suppliers & import dept to track shipments
- To be responsible for managing & distributing the seasonal sample ranges
- Responsible for ensuring that specific customer requirements are met with regard to labelling.
- Flexibility to help where required with the team.
- General office duties
Skills Required:
- Experience in either a Sales, Shipping or Buying Administration role.
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work within a team
