Excellent opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a medium-sized law firm in the City. Salary to £32k + excellent benefits. Hybrid working.

Reporting to the Head of HR and working in an HR team of 5, the role is broad and varied and offers plenty of scope for you to get fully involved in all aspects of HR to build upon your experience. If you already have 1-2 years' experience as an HR Administrator, this role could be the ideal career move for you. Duties include -

  • Supporting recruitment activity including arranging interviews
  • Appraisals and reviews
  • Updating the HR system
  • Monitoring absence such as holidays and sickness
  • Staff inductions
  • Assist with arranging office events
  • Staff welfare
  • Assisting with Training & Development
  • Assisting with Performance Management
  • Monitoring HR inbox
  • HR reporting
  • Ad hoc HR projects

You will need to have 1-2 years' HR experience, ideally in a corporate, professional services environment. You will also require good IT and communication skills and the confidence to liaise with colleagues at all levels throughout the business.
