Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of a Support Officer for our client based in Sheffield
As a Support Officer, you will be carrying out inventory checks with tenants moving into properties
Duties of the Support Officer:
- Working with a housing association carrying out inventory checks with tenants moving into properties
- Completing checklists detailing the condition of the property and all its contents at the start of the tenancy
- Carrying out walkabouts with tenants around the property
- Handing over keys to the tenants
Requirements:
- Excellent face-to-face customer service skills
