Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

Overview:

Working for a leading housing association, you will deal with tenant queries and case management, ensuring customers' needs are met through supportive and timely responses.

A typical week:

  • Deal with housing-related customer queries
  • Provide support via phone, email, & digital channels
  • Engage in case management for tenancy issues
  • Collaborate within a supportive team environment

You'll need the following:

  • Experience in housing & customer service
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to self-motivate
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a risk-aware approach
  • Confident IT skills
