THE COMPANY
As a Senior Marketing analyst, you'll be an integral part of the Marketing Team, supporting the growth of our channels through actionable insights and data activation.
THE ROLE
- Analysing customer's user behaviour and marketing channels to generate actionable insights.
- Influence and challenge decisions through data-informed decisions.
- Measuring the impact of new marketing initiatives through incrementality testing or quasi-experimentation methods where needed.
- Mentoring Colleagues
- Support wider analytics and data science community.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Passionate about Marketing and the effect that analysis and data products can have on the growth and return on Marketing investments.
- Proven technical skills in SQL (other programming languages such as Python are a bonus but not essential).
- Deep knowledge and passion about Digital Paid Marketing channels such as Google and Meta
- Experience in measuring the impact of Marketing investment through at least one methodology (Attribution, Incrementality, Causal Impact, Marketing Mix Modelling). Incrementality is especially appreciated.
- Comfortable working with complex datasets to explore and extract insights.
THE BENEFITS
The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £60,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
