Venture Recruitment Partners are assisting a regional company in their search for a Managemnt Accountant.
The post holder will report directly to the Head of Finance and be a great team player with a can-do attitude. No two days are the same, and the ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable and hands-on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Invoicing for All Care to all local authorities, NHS and Private Clients, ensuring the reconciliations between our internal systems are completed
- Ensuring accurate recording of income and payroll accruals is performed
- Processing month-end journals as required
- Maintain the bank account and ensure the reconciliation is done on a timely basis
Assist with reviewing the overhead expenditure for each business units
Assist with the preparation for the annual statutory audit
Approve payments/income collections through PTX and the bank when the Head of Finance is not available
Assist the credit control function with a collection of debts as time allows
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous Experience in a Similar Role
- AAT 3 or ACCA/CIMA
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with clients
- Excellent customer service and team player skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied and demanding environment
