Rochford - Essex

Basic salary plus commission- uncapped paying up to 30% commission

**No weekends - Monday - Friday - 9.00 - 5.00pm

We are looking for dynamic, tenacious and passionate sales executives to join our successful sales team, this is an amazing opportunity to work within our exciting and growing business.

As a sales representative, you'll be the first point of contact to our traders during their initial joining stage. You will be at the heart of ensuring that we deliver a first- class and consistent customer experience.

You'll discuss our levels of membership and provide the right solution for them based on their individual needs, converting their accounts into paid memberships.

Ideally, you will have some sales experience,however,we aren't always looking for someone who ticks every single box, we're looking for aspirational people who can make us better with their unique experiences.

The role comes with a combination of a guaranteed salary and an uncapped commission scheme.

Typically,Sales Executives earn between £30k-£40k OTE in their first year, and our top performers can earn more than £60k OTE.

Sales Executive key responsibilities:

  • Converting warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach (outbound calls)
  • Building a portfolio of long-term relationships with yourcustomers
  • Check that the details provided are accurate and tailored to thecustomer's specific needs
  • Creating your own sales opportunities,presenting the key features and benefits o fBookaBuilderUK membership
  • Meeting own and contributing towards the team's KPI's
