Think Accountancy & Finance are looking for an experienced Temporary Accounts Assistant for an exciting and dynamic organisation in Bicester.
4-6 Weeks with the possibility of extension

Due to a recent implementation of a new Purchase Order Management system, a company based in Bicester is looking for an experienced Transactional Accounts Assistant to join them for 4-6 weeks. The position will be focused on Accounts Payable and we are looking for candidates who have recent work experience working in a high volume invoicing position.
The ideal candidate will be local to Bicester, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have experience using Microsoft Dynamics would be highly beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities Include:
- Processing purchase invoices
- PO Management System
- Sales Invoices
- Bank Postings
- Bank Reconciliations
- Possibly supporting Balance sheet Reconciliations
This is part time temporary position for someone to work 2-3 days a week. There is flexibility in the days but one must be a Thursday to cover for another member of staff.
The position initially will be for 4-6 weeks but depending on upcoming work this could be extended to help support staff holidays.
