HERE'S WHERE YOU COME IN
You will be working Part-Time (3 days a week). Your role is a unique satellite position integral to the global team and reporting to the Head of Client Services APAC and based on site in London with the Customer. Your role acts in an ambassadorial capacity for Guidant Global and is fully dedicated and embedded within the client account.

DAY TO DAY YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Partnering directly with hiring managers and suppliers, maintaining consistent communication and updates as a liaison between both parties.
  • Ensuring compliance and quality requirements are met and in-line with company and client service level agreements.
  • Working collaboratively with internal on-boarding teams to ensure they have all required information
  • Consistently providing an outstanding candidate and supplier experience
  • Developing excellent stakeholder relationships with the client
  • Continuously developing and improving the service provided

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • 2 + years proven capability having worked on site in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience building and managing multiple key stakeholder relationships
  • The ability to diplomatically persuade and convince
  • Demonstrated experience of exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Outstanding administrative processes.
