Castlefield are partnering with a well established Peterborough based housing association, who are on a journey of transformation, in order to recruit a Financial Planning Manager into the team on a permanent basis. This role has no line management, offers flexible working (1 day a week onsite) and a salary of £55,000 - £61,000 dependant on experience.
Duties include;
- Develop and maintain the 30-year business plan within BRIXX modelling software
- Perform scenario modelling to assess impacts on covenants and align financial planning with the long-term strategic direction
- Collaborate with the development finance team to integrate updates in development programs
- Prepare and present reports
- Support loan forecasting and drawdowns
- Prepare regulatory returns
Requirement;
- Qualified accountant (desirable)
- Experience using Brixx software (essential)
- Proven treasury management experience (essential)
