As a Business Development Executive you will:
- Build profitable, long-term relationships with key partners and contacts.
- Manage a large pipeline of cases from application to loan redemption.
- Ensure outstanding customer service at all times.
- Liaise with internal and external departments to monitor service standards.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate initiative for clients outside traditional lending policies.
- Conduct frequent risk and quality reviews.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory environment and product range.
