Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Oxford (2 days onsite)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities
- Collect and clean data from various sources to ensure data integrity.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
- Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data analysis and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
