QED Legal are keen to speak with Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executive regarding a role we have for a well-respected regional law firm in Beaconsfield, Bucks.
This is a really exciting opportunity for a Junior Solicitor with a passion for Private Client who is looking to work in a well regarded Legal 500 team, be given great exposure and be well supported.
The department is specialist on advising the below:
- Wills and inheritance disputes
- Declaration of Trusts
- Deeds of Variation
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Writing and Reviewing Your Wills
- Inheritance Tax Planning
