Job Title: Evening Warehouse Coordinator/Driver
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Location: High Wycombe
Dates: Wednesday 21st August 2024 - Tuesday 03rd September 2024
Hours: 19.00 - 22.00, Monday to Saturday, working 5 out of 6 evenings.
Our client is a non-profit organisation, they are looking for an enthusiastic and helpful person to help coordinate stock intake and ensure all products are stored correctly. You will be responsible for the coordination of the volunteer drivers, ensuring product pick-ups are all covered and that subsequent drops are completed. You will also act as an ad hoc driver if there are evenings that are not fully covered.
You will induct all new drivers, familiarise them with stores and general good practices when handling the product. You will process all expense forms from the drivers in a timely manner, adding all information to a central database and ensuring the office is clean and welcoming to those in need.
