Our client based in Cambridge are looking for a personable, Customer Service Advisor to join their business on a full time basis, initially as a maternity cover FTC. The role will be mainly worked from home.
Main duties will include:
- Assisting customers with problem solving solutions
- Speaking on the telephone, sending emails, answering live chat enquiries
- Resolving billing issues
- Associated ad-hoc administrative duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Customer service experience
- An excellent telephone manner
- Good command of the English language
- IT proficiency
- An interest in technology would be beneficial but is not essential
