Advantage Resourcing is working in partnership with a large engineering company that operates within the energy sector and is currently seeking an experienced Operations Engineer.
What will you be doing:
- Maintain the service operation with the clear goal of maximum efficiency and effectiveness, achieving.
- Service performance which is valued by customers but at the lowest operating cost in the marketplace and as a profitable business unit.
- Complete all paperwork in the timeliest manner possible.
- Carry out all service in line with the manufacturer's instructions and service schedules.
- Planning of resources and parts to achieve acceptable commercial results.
- Make decisions relating to technical fault finding and implement the rectification to increase profitability and lower the risk of further failures.
- Maximise the availability of each contract through a thorough and robust maintenance regime.
We would like you to know/be trained in:
- Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Diagnose & implement all reactive maintenance work.
- Carry out initial fault finding (locally & remotely).
