As a Graduate Development Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the development process from inception to completion. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of property development, including project management, financial analysis, planning, and stakeholder communication, working closely with senior colleagues to deliver successful projects.
What we are looking for:
o Bachelor's degree in Geography, Property Development, Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
o Prior work experience in property development, real estate, or construction is beneficial but not essential.
o Familiarity with planning regulations, construction processes, and property finance is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Support:
o Assist in managing development projects, from site identification to completion and handover.
o Collaborate with planners, architects, engineers, contractors, and legal teams to ensure project alignment.
o Support the development of project time lines and monitor progress against key milestones.
Feasibility Studies & Research:
o Conduct market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential development opportunities.
o Assist in creating business cases for new projects.
Planning & statutory Approvals:
o Assist in securing planning permissions.
o Liaise with local authorities, planning consultants, and other stakeholders to obtain the necessary approvals.
Stakeholder Management:
o Support communication with internal and external stakeholders, including, local authorities, contractors, and customers.
o Attend project meetings and help ensure clear communication among all parties involved.
Budget & Financial Management:
o Assist in preparing and managing development budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.
o Support the monitoring of costs against budgets and report potential issues to senior management.
Construction:
o Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of construction and ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.
o Work closely with contractors and construction teams to resolve any on-site issues.
Risk Management:
o Identify and assess potential risks associated with projects and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
8. Reporting:
o Assist in preparing reports for senior management, and other stakeholders.
