Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs.
- Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts.
- Manage and optimize our online presence, including our website and social media channels.
- Develop and execute sales campaigns to generate leads and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to measure success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in Home Improvements.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
