Your new role
As a mechanical biassed mechanical engineer, you will be responsible for all mechanical maintenance across 3 sites in Lewisham and Southwark. your duties will include, but not limited to:
PPM (Planned preventative maintenance)
Reactive maintenance
BMS Systems
AHU
FCU
Boilers
Chillers
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Plumbing - Blockages, Replacing taps etc.
What you'll need to succeed
C&G / NVQ 2 (minimum)
Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Minimum of 5 years experience in the above.
