The skills required for this SALES AND LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR role will include:
- Previous experienced in residential property sales/lettings
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Smart and well-spoken
- Knowledge of the local area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and car ideally (but not essential)
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
