ROLE DETAILS
My client is a busy and innovative small group of 3D printing professionals. Their goal is to supply quality components to automotive and industrial sectors. They are looking for a Junior 3D Printing Technician to join their team.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate previous experience in hand finishing components for painting. Experience in drilling, tapping, fitting inserts would be advantageous. The job requires hand finishing of 3D printed plastic components. In house training will be given.
EXPERIENCE
- Support removal
- Sanding by hand, and using handheld powered tools
- Paint prepping of parts and applying primer
- Fixing and bonding inserts, drilling and tapping
- Assist with packaging and logistics
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certifications in a relevant field or industry
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team and to work to tight deadlines
