Required skills:
- Project planning, Work break down structure, Activity planning, Resource planning, optimization, Schedule tracking and project implementation
- MS Project plan with detailed schedule and activities
- Process design and development for the NPI and existing process improvement using Lean Six Sigma
- Process Improvements using Lean and Six Sigma
- IQ/OQ/PQ protocol execution and implementation
- Development & execution of Test Method Validations
- BOM knowledge and implementation
- Support in protocol execution and Report generation
Essential Technical skills:
- QMS/Project Management/Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Manufacturing Processes relevant to medical devices
- Documentation and Reporting
- MS office/MS project plan/Any other planning and tracking tool
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills with good team spirit.
- Problem solving abilities, data analysis and interpretation
- Experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing - Preferred
