We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading financial services business based in Blackpool.

Established for over 60 years, this global business operates with multiple offices across the UK and Europe. This is a permanent position and an opportunity to join a company who offer fantastic benefits and will invest in your future.

Salary, Location, Hours & Benefits

  • £23,400 per annum
  • Option to work from home up to two days per week (following probation)
  • Blackpool, just off Junction 4 of the M55
  • 8:30am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch
  • 25 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays and increase in holidays with length of service

Duties

  • Processing updates for customer records (processing payments, updating personal details)
  • Amend any discrepancies in customer records
  • Monitoring inboxes and responding to customer queries
  • Providing general administrative support
