Role Overview:
The Sales Support Specialist is crucial in driving our clients sales team's success. You will work directly with customers, ensuring they receive personalized service and supporting their Key Account Managers to expand their customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order & Quote Processing: Efficiently handle orders and quotes to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Customer Communication: Respond to calls and queries, manage the sales@ inbox, and follow up on unconverted quotes.
- Campaign Assistance: Support reach-out campaigns to drive business growth.
- Delivery Coordination: Track deliveries, communicate exceptions, and process web orders.
- Administrative Support: Provide sales and customer admin assistance, including invoicing, PODs, and data sheets.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Team Motivation: Inspire and monitor Key Account Managers, ensuring they maintain high levels of customer engagement.
- Operational Synergy: Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure customers receive the products they need, when and where they need them.
- Project Support: Assist with priority projects within the business as required.
Requirements:
