We are looking for Teaching Assistants and Support Workers to help students with complex needs, challenging behaviours, and learning difficulties. You will be working with children and young people who need 1:1 support for multiple reasons, such as:
- Autism, ADHD
- Anxiety
- Exclusion
- Speech and language difficulties
- Physical and mental health issues
The candidate must have:
- Experience working with children and young people with difficult behaviour
- Experience of working in a school or as a health care worker is preferred
- Confidence to make decisions
- Excellent communication
- Empathy and understanding
Candidate will need to have a fully enhanced DBS on the update service.
