Production Cell Leader
Permanent Position
Monday – Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 1:30pm finish

Our client is one of the nation's top manufacturers in the Aerospace & Defence, Rail as well as the Oil and Gas industries. It is exciting times currently within the company as they are looking for Cell Leaders to add to their production team for a new cell.
Specific Job Requirement as Cell Leader:
- Strong background in manufacturing, ideally in the Aerospace & Defence Industry
- Experienced in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing
- Have previously led/managed a team of 10+
General responsibilities as Cell Leader:
- Taking initiative to lead and support the production teams.
- Set up weekly targets for the team's output/operation to drive company performance and ensure company targets are met.
- Take the lead and train the team with lean manufacturing techniques.
- Following companies HSE principles
- Implementing continuous improvement initiative

- Hours 7.30am – 4pm (Mon – Thur) or 8am – 4.30pm. 1.30pm finish Friday
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- 9% pension (3% you – 6% company)
