Reed Accountancy is working with a globally known and respected organisation, in their search for a Finance Analyst to join the team. The main scope of the role is to assist the Head of Accounting and the Management Accountants in ensuring that key deliverables are achieved, including the completion of month and year-end procedures and assisting with maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities for this role include:
- Assisting with month-end reviews including balance sheet reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving reconciling items
- Analysing sales data and checking for correctness and validity
- Preparing accruals
- Working closely with the Accounts Receivable team to investigate and resolve revenue queries
- Distributing financial reports
- Assisting with audits
- Ad hoc duties as required
This role will suit someone with experience in a Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant capacity, who is looking to take the next step towards management accounts. You don't need to have all the experience listed above, but if you work in a high-volume environment with experience of reconciliations and providing detailed explanations of variances, then please do apply.
