Finance Manager
Location: Berkshire
6-Month Contract: £400-£425 per day (Inside IR35)
I am supporting a key client in Berkshire who are looking for an immediately available Finance Manager for a 6-month day rate contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager who will be leading a team of 7+ in a shared service centre environment. This role will suit a hands-on leader, who enjoys developing junior team members and has excellent stakeholder management.
Essential:
- Must have experience of managing and developing teams of 7+.
- Must be able to lead by example in key areas such as GL, AP, AR and fixed assets.
- Must be able to manage finance transaction processes and drive process improvement.
- Must be willing to go to the office 2 days per week.
- Must be a qualified accountant: CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
- We are looking for someone who is immediately available, has a collaborative approach and is a team leader from a shared service centre environment.
