Drainage Engineer - Exeter

Hybrid Monday - Friday - 2/3 days in office

£35,000 - £40,000

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Drainage Engineer to join a UK known water company in the Exeter Area!

With no day ever being the same the Drainage Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Technically reviewing the designs and drawings of drains
  • Experience working towards the sewer adoptions standards
  • Developing applications for fresh water and sewer adoptions
  • Monitoring and reviewing scheme fees to ensure that they are aligned with the company budget

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Water / Groundworks / Construction / Civil Industry Experience preferably in from a consultancy
  • Strong knowledge and experience with all health and safety legislation
  • Experience in Designing in line with Sewer adoptions standards (Sewer Sector Guidance
  • Understanding of the design element of sewers
