Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our telemarketing efforts, reaching out to key decision-makers in the construction sector. Your mission? To make life easier for our customers while building our brand's reputation through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality telemarketing to engage potential clients.
  • Make appointments and identify new business leads within the construction market.
  • Generate enquiries and track opportunities using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Team and Account Managers.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a proactive and organised team player with a hunger for business growth! If you possess:

  • Excellent cold calling and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication abilities across all organisational levels
  • A diligent, methodical approach to CRM management
  • Resilience to handle daily challenges and rejections.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office 365

Experience in the M&E, construction, or property markets is a plus, but we're also excited to consider candidates eager to learn and grow.
