Our Client based in Wellingborough is looking for a Training Co-ordinator to join their existing Team.
Key Areas of Responsibility of a Training Co-ordinator:
- Managing training enquiries and booking requests from clients.
- Building close relationships with key decision makers to ensure customer loyalty and increase market share
- Responding professionally and within agreed timescales to process all enquiries and booking requests received through our website, by telephone. email or any other tool, as required.
- Offering advice and guidance on our training portfolio and related industry certification schemes.
- Gathering information regarding client requirements and sourcing relevant training courses based on the requirements provided.
- Selling the solution to the customer and establishing potential future needs.
- Ensuring that customer satisfaction results in repeat and expansion business.
- Meet and surpass any relevant role related SLA targets and KPIs, as required.
- Liaising with training providers.
- Providing re-scheduling and cancellation support.
- Pro-active development of key accounts.
- Updating details on the website.
- Processing dedicated enquiries.
- After sales support.
- Any other relevant duties/tasks as required.
The Training Co-ordinator will have:
- Previous experience in providing excellent customer service and working in a general sales role is preferable but not essential, as full training will be given.
- Knowledge or experience of the construction and/or training/education sector would be beneficial, but is not essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written communications.
- Ability to deliver in a highly targeted sales role.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work well with fellow colleagues
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent customer service and people skills, with a hands on and customer centric approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative, but can also take instruction
- Strong time management skills along with the ability to be organised and plan and prioritise tasks.
- Ability to be responsive to a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Competent user of IT systems and software
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:30 (one hour unpaid for breaks) Friday 08.00 - 17.00 (one hour unpaid for breaks)
