Office Manager

Location: Borehamwood, WD6

Salary: £40K-£45K

Hours: Full Time - Office based

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to support its fast paced and changing environment.

The Office Manager role requires excellent time management, organisational skills and a solution-focused approach. Operating within a tightly knit team with strong interpersonal dynamics, the ideal candidate should be sociable and enjoy contributing to a positive office environment. This is a fantastic multifaceted role which encompasses HR, Finance and Director support.

Responsibilities

HR

  • Assist with onboarding of new employees
  • Assist with recruitment
  • Help with creation of training development plans
  • Point of contact for any HR related matters
  • Company socials/Team building activities
  • First Aid

Financial

  • Invoicing and management of bills
  • Credit Control
  • Payroll & pensions

Office

  • General office admin
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Assisting with facilities management
  • Other Ad Hoc duties

Directors

  • Manage Directors diaries and inbox as required
  • Ad Hoc support to directors as required

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and well-established organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Be proactive and a problem solver
  • Be able to work quickly and multi-task where required
  • Be fully proficient in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills would be a bonus
  • Ideally, be interested in technology and learning the business functions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced business
  • 10+ years of experience
