Head Office HR Assistant – London
PRESTIGIOUS RETAIL ENVIRONMENT – HEAD OFFICE SUPPORT ROLE
THE ROLE:
We are hiring on behalf of a well-established retail brand for a Head Office HR Assistant to join their London-based team on a full-time, temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced, professional HR environment, providing administrative and recruitment support during a busy period.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate liaison
- Support onboarding, inductions, and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure all HR processes are completed in line with company standards and policies
- Act as a key point of contact for general HR queries and administrative tasks
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Previous administrative experience within HR or recruitment is essential
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident, approachable, and professional communicator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HR systems is an advantage
- Available to work full-time hours until the end of August
- Immediate start preferred
THE PACKAGE:
- £13.50–£15 per hour + holiday pay + pension contributions
- Immediate start with weekly pay options
- Temporary full-time position based at the London head office
