Your new role
- This role will be the first point of contact for IT support for the Group.
- Support tickets are raised through the IT Help Desk by our users.
- This role provides all first line hardware and first line software support for group services and remote offices.
- The role will also provide second line support with assistance as required from the wider team, which could include an external provider.
- It is based primarily in Portsmouth, but travel to a number of sites will be required.
- A UK driving licence is required, but a vehicle will be provided.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a certified CompTIA A+ professional with experience in desktop support. You'll also have proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365. Ideally, you'll possess strong time management, prioritisation, and customer service skills, along with problem-solving abilities under pressure.
