Are you a Production Manager or similar from a food production / processing background that is looking for an autonomous role in a fast growing company that offer flexible working hours, progression and generous company bonuses?
This well-established company are the UK leader in reprocessing surplus food into high quality feed for livestock nationwide. Having been steadily growing for the past 50 years, they now have exciting plans within the next 5 years to expand their workforce even faster.
In this autonomous and dynamic role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day workings of this companies Knowsley site, co-ordinating the production, maintenance, quality testing and general administration of the factory. With 25 members of staff working in the factory at any one time, you will be the key co-ordinator of shifts, maintenance and role delegation in unforeseeable events, as well as being the key point of contact for your staff to report to.
This role would suit a Production Manager or similar from a food production background who is looking for a dynamic and key role in a well-established company that offer flexible working hours, progression and generous annual bonuses.
The Role:
- Managing the production team to ensure smooth running of the factory
- Coordinate product testing and quality checks
