Job Title: Handy Person (Painter & Decorator)
**Location:**Walthamstow, East London.
Role Type: Permanent Role
We have permanent opportunities for Handy people specialising in Painting and decorating to join a leading Property Services company. We are looking for an experienced engineer who takes pride in their quality of work and delivery of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Minor repair works in social housing properties both occupied and void
- Painting and general decorating
- Ideally able to carry out minor works outside core trade eg, Lock changes, Splash tiles, Patch plaster and mould washing
Requirement:
- Hold a relevant City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 Qualification in a relevant trade
- Full UK Driving licence held for at least 12 months
- Experience within Social housing or domestic maintenance
