- Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 + monthly bonus scheme (up to an additional 20% of monthly salary)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Account Manager to join a vibrant company. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, creativity, and a drive to achieve. You will be part of a dynamic team, managing key client relationships and contributing to the growth and success of their business.
**Day to Day of the role
:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Manage and negotiate client budgets throughout the month.
- Source and onboard new business partners.
- Respond to day-to-day client enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate and review existing deals to ensure commercial viability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth performance of campaigns.
- Generate ideas and work with internal creative teams to deliver them for an optimal user experience.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse campaign data and spot trends.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both within a team and independently.
- Self-motivated and driven to learn.
- Flexibility to attend industry events in the UK and abroad.
