GSL Education are currently seeking qualified Reception Class Teacher to join us ready for the Autumn term at a Good school in Reddish. This is a lovely primary school at the heart of the local community that has a great reputation amongst parents. As class teacher you will be responsible for creating and delivering outstanding lessons including phonics. You will be expected to create an inclusive environment that caters to all pupils' educational needs with a collaborative approach to teaching.

Key Requirements:
- Delivering high-quality, creative lessons that cater to the individual needs of each child
- Creating a stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Assessing and tracking student progress to ensure each child reaches their full potential
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging cross-curricular activities
- Promoting positive behaviour management strategies and fostering a culture of respect, kindness within the classroom.
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage
- A strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy, including the EYFS framework
- Creativity, enthusiasm and a passion for working with young children
- The ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners and create an inclusive learning environment
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to reflective practice
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential

- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
