Search are working alongside a prestigious family-owned business who have homes up and down the country. They're looking for a Deputy Home Manager to join their team in one of their Coventry homes. Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Deputy Manager will provide management and leadership to a team of Support Workers to ensure a purposeful, caring, therapeutic environment.
- Ensure that all regulatory and contractual standards are met and exceeded.
- To develop programmes and initiatives that will improve service users progress and interaction.
- Audit timesheets efficiently and effectively in line with agreed timescales and submit to payroll.
- Complete financial audits/Medication audits/Health & Safety audits/Environmental audits.
- Create rotas which fit best with the service users needs/Work closely with HR to performance manage staff as and when necessary
- To support service users in all aspects of daily living, including cleaning, cooking, shopping etc.
Shifts & Salary:
- Monday-Friday
- Circa £30,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
- Permanent position
