Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with an international hospitality/entertainment business to recruit a bright and dynamic Management Accountant.
Working closely with the FD, you will play a crucial role in the finance team, providing financial insights and support to drive business performance.
Duties Include:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis, and commentaries.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and evaluate financial information systems and suggest improvements where needed.
- Partnering and providing financial analysis and insights to the wider business functions.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
- Support the Finance Director with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
- It is essential the candidate is a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or finalist.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary and benefits:
The role of Management Accountant is £50,000pa to £55,000pa DOE plus annual discretionary bonuses and flexible working hours.
