Key Responsibilities
- Growth of the Residential Conveyancing team
- Management and supervision of the team
- Management of an interesting and complex caseload of property matters
- Undertaking regulatory and compliance matters (COLP)
- Client relationship management
Skills
- 5 + years of PQE experience (CILEx, Licenced Conveyancer or Solicitor)
- Ability to act as an ambassador for the Residential Conveyancing team
- Managing staff and conducting performance reviews
- An interest in using technology to improve the client experience
