Due to expansion within their London Real Estate team a position for a Property Account Handler has arisen to handle Residential Property business.
Your new role
Your new role working as a Senior Property Owners Account Handler means you will be responsible maintaining their client's Residential Property Insurance portfolio, providing a high quality, professional and efficient service. Dealing with clients from inception to completion you will be responsible for collating general and claims information, documentation for pre renewal and renewal meetings as well as manage the renewal/placing process in a timely manner. Highlight any potential risks and agreeing terms in line with client requirements including any mid term alterations, ensuring accurate recording of information on Acturis. Other duties will include working closely with underwriters and preparing all documentation as well as delivering great customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients, ensuring excellent service standards are always met.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Property Account handler handling Real Estate/ Property Owners from inception to will contribute to your success and ideally having experience in Residential Property. Ideally, you will be CERT CII qualified or have progression towards Dip CII. You will have excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to develop and manage good working relationships with clients and insurers through building trust and mutual respect. You will provide great customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and concerns from clients and have outstanding industry and sector knowledge. Ideally, you will have some experience with Acturis.
