Key Responsibilities include..

  • Fielding telephone calls and emails
  • Assisting with client on-boarding (including ID and anti money laundering procedures)
  • Dealing with general secretarial and administrative tasks such as mail distribution, scanning, printing and filing,
  • Making appointments,
  • Diary management
  • Supporting the conveyancing function by ordering reports and registering documents
  • Producing correspondence from dictation by fee earners
