Administrator – Glasgow City Centre
Salary - £25000
Key Responsibilities include..
- Fielding telephone calls and emails
- Assisting with client on-boarding (including ID and anti money laundering procedures)
- Dealing with general secretarial and administrative tasks such as mail distribution, scanning, printing and filing,
- Making appointments,
- Diary management
- Supporting the conveyancing function by ordering reports and registering documents
- Producing correspondence from dictation by fee earners
